Licensed agents that join The Realty Firm are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The Realty Firm is partnered directly with some of the top lead sources in the world.
We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and close transactions. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days time. The Realty Firm offers continued education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
Maintain your Real Estate License.
