Role Overview In a Nutshell… We have an exciting opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team within Vistry Services, at various locations across the business. As our Company Secretarial Assistant, you will support in the provision of a comprehensive and professional company secretarial service to the Group’s Residential Management Companies (“RMCs”), ensuring that all statutory, corporate and other regulatory compliance requirements are met with, and that information required by the PLC Board and Executive Leadership Team is timely, accurate and well presented. You will assist the Senior Governance & Secretariat Manager and work closely with the other team members in supporting the team’s needs. Ensure there is a Managing Agent appointed to each RMC and in instances where this is not the case work with the regions to appoint a Managing Agent in accordance with the Group’s Management Company Guidance. Oversee the migration of the Group’s RMCs on to an entity management software. Maintain the statutory records and minute books and manage the annual reporting requirements for all Group’s RMCs. Liaise with regions and action requests for the incorporation of new RMC’s ensuring the Group’s Management Company Guidance is adhered to. Liaise with appointed Managing Agents or Group Finance on the production of annual accounts, ensuring these are produced, signed, and filed ahead of any submission deadline. Prepare a list of all the Group’s RMCs for inclusion in the Group’s Annual Report and Accounts. Additional roles and responsibilities to meet the business meet needs.
