WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Company Secretariat team in our Sydney office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary, including monitoring shared inboxes, updating the intranet page, and filing in the SharePoint database.
  • Liaise with notary publics, embassies, and DFAT to support overseas document legalisation.
  • Attend to filings with ASIC and other government regulators.
  • Maintain electronic corporate records for each subsidiary using the Computershare database.
  • Renew company and individual licenses with state licensing boards and update internal databases.
  • Provide corporate information to GHD teams for proposals, tenders, and bids.
  • Assist with drafting board/shareholder minutes and resolutions.
    Respond to external audit requests as required.
