JOB SUMMARY

We are urgently seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team! Our clients reside throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Our caregivers provide essential support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. We not only care about our clients but we foster connections with our caregivers as well!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required-we will train
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient demeanor

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required
