POSITION: PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT (PCA)
We are looking for highly compassionate and dedicated PCAs to join our growing team. You must be ready to provide in-home care to our clients respectfully and compassionately, and expect to be respected and valued in return.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Agency is dedicated to hiring people we can trust with our own families. Our PCAs deliver various personal care and services in accordance with an established plan of care and provides for the personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
o Evidence of sympathetic attitude toward elderly care
o Demonstrated ability to read, write and carry out directions.
o Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
o Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
o Attend eight (10) hours of personal care-oriented services per year.
o Participate in professional meetings when directed.
o Ability to work closely supervised to ensure competence in providing client care.
o Must have a criminal history check conducted before being offered a position with the agency
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
o Assess and communicate with ill clients, co-workers, and general public.
o Must have a passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
o Must be neat in appearance and practice good personal hygiene.
o Must have a reliable means of transport.
