POSITION DESCRIPTION ::

This job is responsible for assisting in the design, development and administration of enterprise compensation policy and programs. Responsibilities include working with other People Org employees to develop and implement compensation programs and advising managers, supervisors and People Org staff in the area of job evaluation, base salary and incentive compensation. Maintains the different compensation software platforms and participates in the annual salary surveys.

Skills:

  • 2+ w/Bachelors degree
  • Working knowledge of Compensation philosophy and standard processes
  • Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Strong ETL skills (extract, transform and load)
  • Experience using an HRIS as a super-user
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and logical reasoning
  • Detail-oriented; flexible and creativ

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Creates reports and analyzes data to identify solutions that meet business goals
  • Analyzes current processes and identifies existing or potential problems in order to discover new process improvement opportunities
  • This list is not all-inclusive, and you are expected to perform other duties as requested or assigned

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify Minimum Wage changes & determine corrective action.
  • Review Regulatory Updates & see through to implementation.
  • Perform JDXpert system administration, including enhancements & clean-up activities.
  • Execute BetterComp monthly loads, audits & survey data loads.
  • Refresh ERI data.
  • Handle data requests to support immigration & relocation.
  • Process Spot Bonus mass loads.
  • Refresh Pay Insights biweekly and Compensation Dashboard quarterly.
  • Run reports & provide data insights to support Union Negotiations
  • PMR validate data, support data loads, partner with Technology.
  • Support other team members as needed during Org Design and Job Description creation & revision.
  • Support Compensation surveys.
  • Resolve inquiries (SRs, emails, Payroll requests)
  • General team activities: create & maintain DLPS; support program enhancements, attend progress meetings, complete compliance training;.
