JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst with strong Excel (or similar spreadsheet software) expertise to join our Compensation Team. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and administering compensation programs that align with the organization’s goals, budget, and competitive market standards. The Compensation Analyst will ensure that all pay structures, bonuses, and incentives are competitive, equitable, and compliant with legal regulations, leveraging advanced spreadsheet tools to manage and analyze compensation data effectively. The Compensation Analyst will work with us in a temporary role for 3 to 6 months; an offer of full time employment may be extended after the temporary employment period.
