QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business or Finance

- Work Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of human resources experience. Experience in a corporate/centralized Compensation department strongly preferred
- CCP or similar certification preferredExperience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions

- Knowledge and Technical Skills:
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling)
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns)
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects

Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, administer compensation programs and provide general support to Human Resource representatives regarding compensation issues or requests. Support the Compensation team on a variety of annual projects including compensation program design, merit and incentive cycle and compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions
