Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to non-specialist stakeholders.
Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; professional HR or compensation certifications are a plus.
Experience in remote collaboration and the ability to work independently across time zones.
