  • Role Description The Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing compensation and benefits programs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing job roles and compensation data, assisting with the development and maintenance of compensation structures, and supporting job evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with leadership on compensation planning, and providing clear communication on benefits-related queries. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compensation and benefits practices align with organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in compensation planning and compensation management to support strategic pay decisions.
  • Experience with job analysis and job evaluation to ensure consistent and equitable role classification.
  • Ability to develop, review, and maintain compensation structures aligned with market data and company policies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and HR/compensation tools.
  • Knowledge of benefits coordination, payroll interfaces, and basic employment regulations is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in HR, compensation, or benefits, and a relevant degree or certification (e.g., HR, Business, CIPD or similar) is an asset.
