QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required

Experience

• Minimum one-year relevant experience in compensation, statistics or related field required.
• Knowledge and proficiency with Excel required.
• Knowledge of government regulations related to compensation (FLSA, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with HRMS software preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices & equity packages preferred.
