We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our Corporate Compensation team. This role will focus on administering compensation and incentive programs across international regions (Americas, EMEA & APAC) and participating in compensation projects while supporting selected client groups’ day-to-day compensation activities. After the initial onboarding, this will be a REMOTE role. The candidate must be willing to come to the Parsippany, NJ office as needed for key meetings, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage compensation programs and policies across multiple international regions.
  • Participate in global compensation surveys and benchmark studies to gather relevant market data.
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data and trends to ensure competitive compensation structures and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Develop and update communication materials for employees and managers regarding compensation programs and policies.
  • Provide educational and training support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation practices and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international compensation regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and metrics to senior management.
