We are looking for a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our client’s team on a long-term contract basis. This engagement offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key compensation strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in job evaluation, benchmarking, and advanced Excel capabilities to support the project.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation structures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary grades and ranges.
• Perform benchmarking studies to align compensation packages with industry standards.
• Support the annual merit increase process by analyzing data and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and implement compensation strategies.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools to develop and maintain detailed compensation reports and models.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of compensation surveys.
• Identify trends and provide insights to optimize compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation policies.
• Proven experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data modeling.
• Familiarity with compensation surveys and reporting processes.
• Solid understanding of merit increase processes and salary structure development.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of regulations and best practices in compensation management.
