Description:

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join a team in the Education industry based in New Hampshire. With a focus on compensation administration and benchmarking, you will also handle various benefit functions and bonus programs. This position is a temporary employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage both bonus and commission programs
  • Ensure accurate compensation benchmarking to maintain competitive pay rates
  • Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on compensation data
  • Keep up to date with compensation trends within the education industry
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure compensation aligns with company policies
  • Handle compensation inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy laws in handling sensitive employee compensation information
  • Contribute to compensation strategy discussions and planning.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
  • Experience with Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Compensation Administration and Compensation Benchmarking
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions and Bonus Programs
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Ability to effectively manage and analyze large data sets
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the education sector is preferred.
