DYNAMIC DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Complete and maintain salary survey data by compiling, organizing, and submitting data on a timely basis, ensuring up-to-date market information for management’s annual reviews and frequent job pricing.
  • Evaluate the organization’s jobs, document responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions, and respond to inquiries about compensation, market competitiveness, job leveling, and job description maintenance and development.
  • Execute core processes, support the annual merit increase process, and partner with HRIS and Payroll departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and error-free operations.

STRATEGIC COMPENSATION SOLUTIONS

  • Maintain and enhance a comprehensive database for accessing compensation information and associated job descriptions.
  • Assist with KPI tracking, calculations, and forecasting of all incentive plans, including annual incentives and sales incentive compensation.
  • Prepare compensation-based communication materials, supporting and partnering with key stakeholders to drive the completion of compensation projects.

OTHER SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Demonstrated maturity in dealing with all levels of employees and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, project management, organizational, and communication skills; able to multi-task.
  • Current PHR, SHRM-CP or CCP certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external vendors and customers.
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
