Overview This is a temporary, part-time position focused specifically on supporting our recruiting and offers processes. You will assist the Compensation Team in pricing job offers, ensuring we remain highly competitive in the market while rigorously maintaining internal equity. Responsibilities Offer Pricing: Partner directly with our recruiting team to review, analyze, and price incoming job offers accurately and promptly. Market Analysis: Pull and analyze market data to determine compensation recommendations for new hires. Pay Equity Reviews: Conduct thorough internal pay equity reviews to ensure fairness across our growing team. Process Collaboration: Share your insights. We are highly collaborative; if you notice a way to streamline our offer workflows, we want to hear your tangible, direct feedback. Required Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or recruiting operations. Technical Agility: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, etc.). You are confident and precise with data. Additional Information The target base pay for this position is $49 - $67/hour. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
