Responsibilities :

  • Monitor employee absences and calculate monthly payroll
  • Perform administrative processes related to HR, such as inputting employee database, document checking and filing, and others
  • Process all invoices related to HR
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Stay updated on trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration
  • Understand labor regulations related to employee compensation and benefits, such as “BPJS Ketenagakerjaan” and “BPJS Kesehatan”
  • Perform other administrative tasks and support HR initiatives as required.
  • Diploma in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to develop relationships
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and data-driven skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll information systems is a plus
