Successful completion of a post-secondary educational program* related to the position OR an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training.

EXPERIENCES :
E1- Recent experience in drafting a variety of compensation related documentation, such as guidelines, procedures, reports and summaries.
E2- *Recent experience managing compensation projects or initiatives.
E3- *Significant experience in researching, interpreting, and applying policies, directives or guidelines related to compensation and benefits programs.
EXPERIENCES:
AE1 – Experience in participating and/or leading a project related to compensation.
AE2 – Experience working as a Compensation Analyst or Pay Advisor in a compensation environment.
AE3 – Experience managing a team.
KNOWLEDGE:
K1 – Knowledge of compensation and benefits rules and regulations
As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will contribute to a diverse range of initiatives and help make real improvements that support a positive change to the organization. Duties will include the updating of guidelines and procedures related to phoenix pay system following compensation rules and regulations, as well as running reports and preparing PPS for the upcoming pay system along with preparing for compensation and benefits units with the upcoming overtime project module.
