Responsibilities The Compensation and Benefits Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will be an integral member of the HR team and will provide administrative support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist in corporate human resources operations, including but not limited to record keeping, employee relations, health and safety and employee communications. A successful candidate will have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and the ability to identify employee related issues and assist in their resolution. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Assist with compensation benchmarking, salary data audits, and updates to job documentation. Support benefits administration, including enrollments, vendor coordination, eligibility audits, and employee-facing materials. Help maintain health & safety documentation, track incident reports, support safety audits, and coordinate required training. Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to compensation trends, benefits utilization, and safety metrics. Contribute to ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and development of SOPs and communications. Provide general HR support and maintain confidentiality across all workstreams. Qualifications Position Requirements: You are a college junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources Administration, or a related field Must be authorized to work in the US Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic knowledge of labor laws Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or other relevant human resources/administrative role or internship Passion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues Important Dates: Start Date: May 18, 2026 End Date: Aug 9, 2026 Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office. The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
