Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition programs that support organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, pay structures, and incentive programs to promote growth, performance, and pay equity.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Leverage data and reporting dashboards to analyze program performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, HR business partners, and managers on compensation philosophy, benefits, and program design.
  • Educate leaders on compensation practices and total rewards programs to support recruiting, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Manage annual merit, bonus, and benefits cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee compensation data, survey participation, job evaluations, and HRIS system integrity.
  • Lead employee wellness initiatives and recognition programs to strengthen culture and engagement.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring by conducting due diligence, harmonizing programs, and ensuring compliance across multiple geographies.
  • Facilitate vendor selection, evaluate services and pricing, manage vendor relationships, and monitor performance through audits, data, and employee feedback.
