Description

The Compensation and Benefits Manager for the Export Department will oversee and manage all aspects of compensation and benefits processes for MHP’s export operations across multiple countries. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll cost analysis, supporting payroll and bonus calculations, implementing policies, and providing expert guidance to employees and HR partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in an international or export-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in payroll cost analysis and budget planning.
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits policies, practices, and legal frameworks in multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills to interact with employees and HR teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian

Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly plan-factor analysis of labor costs and provide workforce analytics in collaboration with the Analytics Department.
  • Support payroll processing and calculation of monthly and quarterly bonuses across different countries, liaising effectively with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Participate in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits within assigned business units.
  • Provide operational support for motivation and incentive programs, including accurate calculation and reporting.
  • Offer information and consulting support to employees on compensation, benefits, and payroll issues in different countries, in cooperation with HR Business Partners (HRBP).
  • Ensure smooth operational support during the annual salary review process for designated functions.
  • Participate in developing salary ranges and structures for fixed and variable pay.
