  • Strong experience in an HRIS
  • Competency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively work across all levels of staff, as well as external agencies.
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage and prioritiz
Responsibilities

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting staff to identify, diagnose and execute solutions for day-to-day people-related inquiries, while providing excellent employee experience. Perform a variety of duties to support the Human Resources Department. Working collaboratively with staff to meet department and agency objectives. Areas of responsibility include maintaining updated employee records, preparing benefit packages, leave of absence administration and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
