You’ll design and deliver competitive, meaningful total rewards programs that reflect our culture, fuel our growth, and keep our people inspired to push boundaries every day. Responsibilities Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with our business goals. Manage and guide the HR Operations function, including direct management of the HR Ops team member, setting priorities, defining the agenda, and ensuring smooth operational processes aligned with the company’s people strategy. Partner with management, HRBPs, and global teams to advise on compensation-related matters such as offers, promotions, salary adjustments, equity grants, and incentive plans. Own and manage the HRIS (Bob), ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and alignment with compensation, benefits, and HR operations processes. Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment and compliance in our total rewards programs. Support the implementation of our total rewards philosophy, including both cash and equity programs, across the organization. Lead and maintain compensation processes - salary structures, job evaluation, market surveys, budgeting, and internal compensation tools in coordination with our global C&B team. Conduct in-depth analyses of pay practices and benefits programs, recommending improvements to meet evolving business needs. Provide training and guidance to managers and the People Team to ensure consistent and fair application of compensation policies. Requirements 7 years of experience in compensation & benefits, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of compensation methodologies, salary structures, job evaluation techniques, and market analysis tools. Excellent organizational skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach. Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and think creatively to solve problems. A collaborative spirit and a passion for building scalable, fair, and competitive reward systems.
