Job Description
The Compensation and People Analytics Partner plays a critical role in shaping equitable, data-informed people strategies by combining deep expertise in compensation with strong analytical capabilities. This role designs and manages competitive pay and total rewards programs while delivering workforce insights that guide talent decisions across the organization. As a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, the partner ensures alignment between compensation practices, total rewards programs, business goals, and employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience managing annual and/or quarterly compensation review cycles.
  • Familiarity with FLSA classifications, job leveling frameworks, and internal equity principles.
  • Experience supporting or designing incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, and equity.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, general analytics functions and experience building dashboards or reports.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions and recommendations, and take complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Ability to integrate data from multiple platforms and maintain accurate data on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to complete work accurately and efficiently with minimal to no mistakes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with peers, team and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presenting skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, human resource management, business management, finance, mathematics or similar, is required
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, data analytics, total rewards, people operations, or a combination of both.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role conducting compensation benchmarking and market pricing using tools like Radford, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson.
  • SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience with survey platforms and engagement tools (e.g., Workday Peakon) is beneficial.
