Description
The role will contribute to the improvement of C&B programs and participate in specific C&B projects. Manage EMEA Company Car Policy and related annual budgeting process and be the contact point for policy related explanations and exceptions' approval. Design and deliver ad-hoc C&B training and communications in EMEA. Minimum of a university degree (preferably in HR) Position requires minimum of 8 years HR experience, of which 3-5 years within the Total Rewards / C&B area Familiar with major salary survey providers and job evaluation methodology (Hays, WTW, Mercer) Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office) Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication Strong sense of customer service and knowledge sharing (including providing education & training) Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to collect, structure and analyze data Ability to work in an international environment and deal with different cultures Proactive and process oriented
