Location - Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai Shift - US Shift Тhe Compensation and Benefits Operations Specialist is focused on supporting the Compensation and Benefits processes for the Atos Group as follows: The Global Bonus and Global Salary processes. He/she is responsible for supporting the participation of external benchmarks, pricings, budget simulations, campaign preparation in the tool, monitoring of the campaign and relevant reporting and analytics, including monthly salary increase reports based on SAP data, in coordination with the Workforce management team. In addition, this professional manages the Bonus Score Card (BSC) process campaign per semester for respective scope and support with proper reporting. this role with second shift as it would cover Americas regions

Responsibilities

The Compensation and Benefits Operations Specialist supports the Compensation and Benefits processes for the Atos Group, including Global Bonus and Global Salary processes. This role involves managing the Bonus Score Card process and providing relevant reporting and analytics.
