ABOUT STOKKE – HERE WE GROW

With over eight decades of history, Stokke was founded on Norway’s west coast in 1932. Deeply rooted in Scandinavian heritage, our brand is built on principles of quality, craftsmanship, and family connection. For more than 40 years, Stokke has delivered iconic and innovative solutions for children—products that are not only beautifully designed but made to nurture family bonding and support child development.
With global offices in Norway, The Netherlands, the U.S., Germany, France, and Asia, Stokke offers a truly international work environment, committed to shaping a better world through confident kids.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY – THE POSITION: COMPENSATION & BENEFITS AND HR OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations Manager to lead the strategic development and operational excellence of Stokke’s global reward, benefits, and HR systems framework. This senior, stand-alone role requires both the vision to design a future-ready compensation and benefits strategy—aligned with our ambitions for 2026 and beyond—and the operational capability to deliver HR processes with precision.
Based in Amsterdam and reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be accountable for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our global job evaluation framework, salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits offerings. You will ensure our C&B policies and operations are competitive, compliant, and scalable, while also creating data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to global frameworks and complex, multi-country environments.
  • Proven ability to design and implement job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive plans at scale.
  • Strong operational HR background with experience leading HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Skilled in data analytics and financial modelling; expert in Excel and experienced with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of HR systems administration (HiBob preferred) and process automation.
  • Experience in IPO readiness or high-growth environments strongly preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at an operational level.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
