The Group Treasury team is a dynamic, high-performing, and ambitious function that supports operations across 37 countries. We play a critical role in managing the Group's debt financing, liquidity, cash management, banking relationships, and funding requirements, ensuring the business remains well-positioned to achieve its strategic objectives
Description
- Perform daily reconciliations of Treasury bank accounts within the Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity).
- Conduct end-of-day foreign exchange validation checks.
- Manage bank account administration, including mandates, board resolutions, account documentation, and ongoing KYC requirements.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Treasury reports for the Group Treasurer, Group Financial Controller, CFO, and Board of Directors.
- Liaise with the Shared Service Centre and Group Finance teams to investigate and resolve any reporting discrepancies between the Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity), ERP system (NetSuite), and bank records.
- Prepare quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and systems declaration reports.
- Support Treasury projects and wider team initiatives, including payment developments relating to ISO 20022.
- Assist the Assistant Treasurer with the management of the Group's Global Insurance Programme.
- Maintain static data within the Treasury Management System (FIS Integrity), ensuring bank account information remains accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and enhance Treasury back-office procedures, ensuring compliance with the Group Treasury Policy.
- Proactively manage and resolve internal and external audit queries
Profile
- 3-4 years' Treasury experience desirable, we are looking for someone keen to further their career in a Corporate Treasury function
- Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Part qualified accountant/AMCT with a desire to become fully qualified is an advantage
- Knowledge of Treasury back-office activities and processes is desirable
- Knowledge of Treasury systems including FIS Integrity, ICD, Finastra and HSBCnet is an advantage (nice to have)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required.

- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment requirements and process.
- Review resumes/applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking and talent pools.
- Conduct initial screening conversations with selected candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates and hiring managers, via our Recruitment Coordinators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), SmartRecruiters.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process. Monitored by TalentHub.
- Ensure a positive stakeholder experience by providing insights and partnership during the hiring process. Monitored by TalentHub.
- Focus on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, e.g. using Textio platform for all advertising, and promoting vacancies via social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects to improve our offering to LGC e.g. systems and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the wider HR team and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable commercial experience in recruitment, ideally within a Life Science or Technical environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or other HR databases, SmartRecruiters would be advantageous.
- Experience hiring in manufacturing/operations roles.
- Understanding of HR/Recruitment policies and procedures.
- Demonstrable commercial experience in direct search/headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

Additional Information
Pay range for this role is:
Minimum: CAD $55,000/ yearly
Maximum: CAD $65,000/ yearly
The salary range provided covers the minimum and maximum amounts projected for this role. The base salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, and location.
