EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in C&B, with significant experience in a senior, strategic role.
  • Deep expertise in designing and managing complex equity and incentive plans, ideally in a post-merger or large-scale tech environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-country European organisation is essential.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Proven analytical skills, with expert-level proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • A strong track record of working autonomously, with the ability to partner with and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation topics in a clear and simple manner.
  • A pragmatic, data-driven, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Own, evolve, and communicate our global compensation philosophy and job matrix across the organisation.
  • Manage and administer our post-merger Employee Incentive Plan (EIP), serving as the subject matter expert for all equity-related matters.
  • Lead our annual compensation review cycles, including salary benchmarking, budget modelling, and performance calibration.
  • Partner closely with Finance on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring our programs are aligned with the company’s profitability goals.
  • Design, manage, and optimise our benefits programs across multiple European countries, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Develop distinct C&B strategies for our diverse employee populations, from our corporate headquarters to our on-the-ground operational teams, to drive retention and address specific market needs.
  • Leverage our HRIS to ensure data integrity, create insightful analytics, and provide reports on key C&B metrics for the executive team.
  • Training our workforce and our internal People team on C&B topics to ensure everyone is empowered to make informed decisions.
