About the Role: As a Compensation & Benefits Officer, you’ll be part of a modern, data-driven HR environment, supporting daily C&B operations and working with three key HR platforms (Epsilon, Scan HRMS, SuccessFactors). If you enjoy accuracy, systems and helping employees, this role will be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of the Digital Work Card (Epsilon Self Service) Support payroll data preparation (Scan HRMS) Record employee changes, leaves & absences Update employee profiles in SuccessFactors Manage employee requests via the ticketing tool Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes Assist with benefits vendor coordination & daily HR ops Assist with reporting (headcount, overtime, time tracking) What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR, Payroll or Timekeeping Strong Excel skills (pivot, VLOOKUP) Familiarity with HRMS, Epsilon, SuccessFactors Team spirit, good communication & attention to detail Professionalism and confidentiality What to Expect from Us: Competitive salary & benefits package Work in an award-winning company (Best Workplace in Greece for 11 years) Be part of an organization leading global industry trends A stable, organized and supportive HR environment Exposure to modern HR systems & high-volume C&B operations Career growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic environment.
