Company Description Are you an experienced Comp & Benefits professional who enjoys turning complex pay regulations into practical, business-ready solutions? Talent Factor is looking for a senior Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards Consultant to support a job evaluation and incentive design project, aligned with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970). Job Description What you’ll be working on: job evaluation and grading (methodology, role architecture, leveling), analysis and structuring of compensation frameworks, design or redesign of incentive and bonus schemes (role-based, KPI-driven), identifying and mitigating gender pay-gap and pay-equity risks, preparing organizations for reporting and compliance requirements under the Directive. Qualifications Who we’re looking for: proven experience in Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards consulting, hands-on delivery of job evaluation projects (e.g. Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson, or robust proprietary frameworks), strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its real-world implications, confidence working with senior leadership, HR and Finance, pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — you care about outcomes, not theory. Additional Information How we work: project-based cooperation (B2B), mostly remote, with selected client workshops, start: ASAP, opportunity for long-term collaboration across future Talent Factor projects. Compensation: PLN9000 - PLN30000 - monthly
