In this crucial role, you will monitor trends, opportunities, and legal changes in the local markets. You will be working with data surveys, benefit evaluations, job evaluations, salary benchmarking and other tools. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across our European organization, including senior leaders, managers, and colleagues from Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact and evolve as a trusted advisor and partner.
To succeed, you bring in your valuable experience, the curiosity to learn and investigate new topics, a problem-solving approach, and the organizational skills to work on different projects at the same time.
You will join our Compensation & Benefits Team based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL), reporting directly to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits Europe.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Compensation & Benefits Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of C&B best practices, laws, and industry trends
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of another European language is an advantag
Responsibilities
  • Analyze market data surveys to maintain competitive C&B packages and market data survey submission
  • Assess labor market trends and identify opportunities to improve our existing C&B programs, in accordance with European and local statutory requirements
  • Vendor management for benefit agreements and renewals with local insurance and pension providers
  • Execution of annual salary review cycle
  • Job evaluation assessment and maintenance
  • Initiate and lead C&B projects with focus on alignment, improvement and engagement
  • Create, implement and maintain C&B programs, policies and processes
  • Prepare & send out communication on C&B topics

Requirements:
