Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to join our team as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant packages, and supporting HR initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Management: Assist in designing, implementing, and managing salary structures and incentive schemes. Conduct benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages. Prepare salary reviews, recommendations, and reports for management approval. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, retirement plans, leave, and allowances. Liaise with benefits providers and resolve employee queries. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. HR Policy & Compliance: Support the development and communication of HR policies related to compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and EPF/SOCSO guidelines. Maintain accurate records and generate reports for audits and management review. Employee Support & Reporting: Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits matters. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and related KPIs. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF/SOCSO, tax regulations, and benefits administration. Proficient in HRIS systems. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
