Description:

The Rewards team at Northvolt is hiring experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. Northvolt has grown as well as our ambition to deliver a united, consistent and inclusive total rewards philosophy.
In joining us you will play an important part in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories, a great step forward in the transformation to a carbon free society. Given the timing at which you will be joining Northvolt and the early stage of the company, you will be given a unique chance to impact the development of a new company and industry in Sweden.
We are looking for two specialists and we are open to different level of seniority.
To be succesfull at Northvolt we believe you have a proactive mentality, you are able to strategize and set up new processes but can also work in a hands on way.

You will support the different teams at Northvolt with a wide range of Compensation & Benefits matters. Some of the responsibilities will consist of, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Supporting with the evolution in the design and implementation of our long term incentive program
  • Support with calculation and analysis of Executive Compensation
  • Working on and developing our benefits offering
  • Operational rewards tasks such as develop and manage the annual salary review process in strong cooperation with the rest of the HR team and management
  • Gender pay gap reporting
  • Process ownership and development of the compensation module in our new HR system together with the HRIS team
  • Support the People organization with data, staying on top of market practice, and co-create innovative solutions and offerings to further strengthen our employee value proposition

WHO YOU ARE

We believe that you have a proven track record from a similar role. Experience from working with Swedish collective bargaining agreements and unions is a big plus, as well as good knowledge of Swedish benefits taxation.
