COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST:

For the Corporate HR Department, within the Group HQ, we are looking for a resource to fill the role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
The person will contribute to the definition and management of the Group’s remuneration policies on a global level, with the aim of maintaining alignment with the corporate strategy, guarding competitiveness with the market, ensuring internal fairness and boosting the motivation of our people. Proactivity and curiosity are therefore key elements to best express oneself in this role.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics or management engineering (Master’s degree or specialisation in Human Resources will be a plus);
3/5 years’ experience in a similar role within multinational companies or as a consultant in the Total Reward field;
Knowledge of job evaluation systems;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Ability to analyse, innovate and have a proactive spirit complete the profile.
