Apple’s Compensation team is responsible for ensuring that our people are rewarded with highly competitive pay and exceptional benefits for their contributions to Apple. The Compensation team is looking for an innovative Compensation Business Partner to lead the compensation function for key lines of business and strategic projects in our EMEIA markets. You will partner with the leadership teams and their People Business Partners to design and implement an innovative, regional compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Progressive experience in compensation, demonstrating a consistent track record of success in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs within a multi-national company. Proficiency in external market benchmarking, utilizing market data sources to conduct competitive analysis. Knowledge of local labour legislation and applicable compensation regional employment laws. Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Experience in job evaluation methodologies. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Technology/Retail industry experience strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to influence, advise senior leaders, and collaborate effectively with teams. Proven ability to maintain a high level of integrity and ethics when handling confidential information. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Responsibilities
The Compensation Business Partner will lead the compensation function for key business lines and strategic projects across EMEIA markets. This involves partnering with leadership and People Business Partners to design and implement an innovative, regional compensation strategy aligned with the company philosophy.
