With new global acquisitions and a fast-paced operating model, they need a strategic thinker who can turn complexity into clarity-and spreadsheets into stories.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact contract role (hybrid in Itasca, IL), perfect for someone who can dive into ambiguity, bring order to chaos, and shape scalable comp frameworks that flex with growth.

CONTRACT COMPENSATION CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8-10+ years of compensation experience; consulting or scaling environments a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, compensation tools, and organizational design principles
  • Confident communicator with executive presence and cross-functional savvy
  • Strategic yet hands-on; thrives in fast-moving, high-growth settings
  • Hybrid role in Itasca, IL (2-3 days/week onsite); 3-6 month contract
