Under direction of the Compensation Manager, the Compensation Analyst II is responsible for assisting with the administration of compensation, by conducting analysis and interpretation related to the organization�s compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst performs a series of functions to include but not limited to, researching, evaluating, documenting, interpreting, and managing job requirements, job positions, job descriptions, compensation databases, and job and compensation structures. The Compensation Analyst performs benchmarking compensation activities related to maintaining competitive compensation levels that support the organization�s total reward philosophy, objectives, and practices, and ensures that all compensation-related activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
