Job Description As a Compensation & Data Analyst in a temporary position (for 1 year), you'll manage compensation data, create reports, and support decision-making processes. In your day-to-day, you will: • Maintain and analyze compensation data • Operate interfaces between HR and payroll systems • Build dashboards, reports, and define key metrics • Responsible for external compensation surveys and data preparation for Board of Directors' Compensation Committee • Manage compensation budgets, including tracking and distribution Qualifications • 3 years of experience in data and analysis • High proven analytical and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and under high pressure • Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas and a strategic view • Strong team player with initiative Additional Information We are Wix’s Compensation and Benefits team, responsible for implementing and designing innovative total rewards programs.
