EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or related field
  • Master’s degree is preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • 5–7 years of experience in compensation plan design and administration
  • 2+ years leading and managing a compensation team
  • Experience in corporate and executive compensation plans, incentive plans, and pay structures is strongly preferred
  • Experience preparing executive level and board presentations is strongly preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Experience with a distributed workforce is preferred
  • Experience supporting clinical and non-clinical roles a plus
  • Deep knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency with compensation tools and systems
  • Prior experience leading a compensation committee preferred

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
