As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Compensation, HR Controlling & Payroll Manager to join our team. Reporting to the HR Director, this person will lead compensation strategy, HR controlling, and payroll operations for our teams in France, the US, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. Compensation & HR Controlling Develop and track key HR and compensation metrics (salary structures, payroll cost evolution, etc.) and produce insightful dashboards. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. Contribute to budget planning for workforce and payroll. Harmonize compensation practices across regions and ensure internal consistency. Partner with HR Business Partners on salary increase and bonus campaigns. Lead ad hoc studies and audits related to compensation and workforce planning. Process Improvement & HRIS Play an active role in the implementation of a new HRIS. Drive projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and increasing operational efficiency. Payroll & HR Administration Define the payroll strategy and roadmap, driving continuous improvement. Guarantee accurate and compliant payroll for approximately 150 employees (primarily management profiles) across France, the United States, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements and oversee all HR administrative processes (contracts, certificates, onboarding, etc.). Team Leadership Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and supporting their professional growth. As the company grows, this role may evolve to include collaboration with our investment teams and support to our portfolio companies globally. 10+ years’ experience in compensation, HR controlling and payroll in an international and fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations (France and/or multi-country experience a plus). Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems and data analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process optimization.
