Job Overview
T-Mobile for Business (TFB) is growing fast—and so is the complexity and scale of our B2B compensation programs. We are seeking a high-impact, analytically driven Compensation Manager to support this organization. In this role, you’ll support compensation design and delivery across a dynamic and high-volume business segment. You’ll partner with our Sr Compensation Managers to model scenarios, assess market data, prepare executive-ready deliverables, and support incentive program design and documentation. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and takes full ownership of their work. This role will partner closely with the Enterprise Compensation team to provide end-to-end compensation support for the TFB client group—ensuring consistency, strategic alignment, and a seamless employee experience across all aspects of compensation.
* This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be located in Overland Park, KS or Bellevue, WA *

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 - 7+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance or HR Analytics ideally supporting complex B2B sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of both broad-based and incentive compensation design principles.
  • Analytical approach with advanced Excel skills; ability to model and interpret complex compensation scenarios.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset—works independently and delivers consistently.
  • Curious and self-directed—asks great questions, seeks understanding.
  • Experience in fast-paced or client-facing environments preferred.
  • Experience with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Ignite, etc) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the telecom or technology sales landscape a plus.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
