Acting as trusted advisors on pay and performance, we work closely with HR specialists and business leaders to provide best-in-class guidance to both managers and employees. YOUR CHALLENGE You are responsible for a broad range of compensation topics and related daily activities You are covering ad hoc analyses, benchmarking and pay assessments You support with the execution of compensation cycle and overall performance process You act as sparring partner for our HR and business clients on all compensation matters You have the opportunity to directly contribute to projects and initiatives to amend and implement compensation design changes and setup new tools, products and process flows You support the team leader on compensation and production of analyses and ad-hoc reporting for senior and top management You are able to learn and influence /enhance with your own ideas in our process and tool landscape YOUR PROFILE Personal & Social You have a robust ability to cope with pressure and high flexibility You are proactive and self-motivated You are confident and self-confident in solving business problems Professional & Technical Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred Proven experience in reward management and analytics Good knowledge and understanding of the Banking business and the HR/Reward space MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience in project management Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills Fluent in English and German You are trustworthy and discreet You are a natural team player and a strong communicator We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
