.net Incentive Compensation Support Specialist Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a skilled .net Incentive Compensation Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for our incentive compensation management processes. This role will ensure accurate calculation, reporting, and administration of sales compensation plans using .net home grown commissions tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and end-user support within the .net incentive compensation platforms. Key Responsibilities System Support & Maintenance Provide day-to-day support for .net Incentive Compensation systems. Monitor and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and calculation errors. Perform configuration changes and updates to compensation plans as required. Data Management Validate and load transactional data into .net Incentive Compensation systems. Ensure data integrity between .net Incentive Compensation systems and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems). Compensation Plan Administration Assist in implementing and maintaining incentive compensation plans. Support monthly/quarterly commission runs and payout processes. Generate and distribute compensation reports and dashboards. User Support & Training Act as primary point of contact for end-user inquiries and troubleshooting. Provide training and documentation for business users on system functionality. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize processes and system performance. Collaborate with IT and business teams on enhancements and new functionalities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field. Experience: 3 years of experience supporting .net Incentive Compensation systems or similar incentive compensation systems. Strong understanding of sales compensation processes and data flows. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .net Incentive Compensation systems configurations and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. Experience with integration between .net Incentive Compensation system and CRM/ERP systems. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of incentive compensation best practices.
