We invite you to apply for the position of Compensation & Reporting Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic GBS P&O team! About the Role Within Compensation Area, you will be responsible for executing critical total rewards processes, including compensation data audits, salary reviews, and accrual calculations. Within Reporting Area, you will ensure data integrity and producing clear, actionable reports and dashboards for leadership. In both functional areas, you will provide guidance on questions coming from stakeholders, requestors, P&O Colleagues or internal customers. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the annual and ad hoc salary review and STI cycles, partnering with HR and business leaders. Calculate accruals for bonuses, incentives, and other compensation elements, collaborating closely with Finance partners. Provide guidance to HR business partners and managers regarding pay plans, structures, and best practices. Conduct comprehensive data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and guidelines. Perform regular and ad hoc checks on HR master data to maintain high data quality standards for internal and ESG reporting purposes. Prepare, review, and distribute reports and dashboards to enable strategic decision-making and monitor compensation trends. Identify opportunities for process improvements within Compensation and Reporting workflows. What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, HR analytics, or a related function. Strong analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and experience with HR information systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Power BI). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and collaborate across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver high-quality results.
