What you will accomplish with us As a Compensation Specialist, you will be central to our mission. Key responsibilities include: Providing customer service by email and phone to the sales team or distribution networks regarding advisor compensation; Analyzing, processing, and explaining complex situations, and proposing clear and precise solutions; Acting as a reference for the sales team by clearly explaining compensation rules as well as the various types of bonuses and commissions; Using multiple computer systems daily to process requests, make changes to files, and follow up accordingly; Identifying and reporting non‑standard situations and collaborating with the team to find effective and sustainable solutions; Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities (mentorship, presentations, special projects, etc.).
