• Configure and maintain the SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) tool for bonus plan and commission administration
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of bonuses, commissions, and SPIFFs
• Apply current Quota Credit Rules and quality control standards to all incentive calculations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve employee disputes and manage tickets related to calculations or tool issues
• Support new system releases through testing and quality assurance
• Evaluate field dashboards for accuracy, create reports, and support process improvements
