REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree with proven, incremental experience in payroll processing, and/or compensation analytics.
· Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and/or compensation benchmarking tools.
· Proficient in data analysis and generating accurate reports with high attention to detail.
· In-depth understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll and compensation topics to employees at all levels.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
