Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with solid experience in compensation analytics and/or payroll operations (2–3 years).
• Strong with HR systems, Excel/Sheets, and comfortable navigating HRIS or benchmarking tools.
• Detail-obsessed, with a love for clean data and well-run processes.
• Working knowledge of employment law, payroll compliance, and tax regulations.
• Great communicator — you explain policies and processes with empathy, not jargon.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
