Role Summary The role is part of the core Total Rewards team and involves partnering closely with senior leadership across compensation, sales incentives, executive performance management, wellness, and analytics. The incumbent will drive strategic and operational initiatives that enhance reward effectiveness, governance, employee experience, and business alignment across global teams.   Knowledge   Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles including compensation, wellness, incentives, and performance management   Knowledge of sales incentive plan design concepts and governance mechanisms Understanding of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, market positioning, and annual compensation cycles Knowledge of executive performance management frameworks and governance practices Familiarity with employee wellness administration  Understanding of payroll, taxation, and compliance considerations related to rewards programs Knowledge of HR analytics, dashboards, and data interpretation techniques Awareness of HR systems, compensation tools, and reporting platforms   Skills   Ability to design and implement sales incentive plans aligned to business objectives Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail Stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior business leaders Data analysis and dashboarding skills using Excel and/or analytics tools Ability to interpret policies and resolve complex or ambiguous reward scenarios Strong communication and presentation skills Project management and coordination capability across multiple stakeholders and timelines Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to drive process improvements and employee adoption initiatives   Abilities   Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic conversations Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple priorities Ability to translate data into actionable business insights Ability to independently manage reward processes with minimal supervision Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, payroll, finance, taxation, and business teams At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
