Summary
We are looking for a “Competence Management Professional (f/m/d)” for the Talent Development department in Ulm or Taufkirchen as soon as possible.
As a visionary in the field of Talent Development, you will be actively involved in the design, implementation and management of a global competence management system. Embedded in a future-oriented IT infrastructure with SAP SuccessFactors as the core, you will implement a future-oriented job architecture with ready-to-use job profiles and competence profiles which, integrated into HR core processes, enable strategic reskilling and upskilling.

Your Tasks

  • As a competency management professional, you design, implement and manage effective competency management derived from the global job architecture as an important component of strategic HR planning and talent development
  • As a strong concept developer, you integrate skills management into the core HR processes through targeted order clarification that translates and tracks business requirements and tool functionality into concrete application scenarios
  • As a “technology lover”, you have a good understanding of the functionalities and opportunities of modern HR software applications and are able to actively participate in the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (especially job architecture and competence management) and possible AI-supported enhancements
  • You understand the importance of good job architecture and incorporate this into the overall solution; for example, in continuous maintenance and further development and in release management
  • As part of active stakeholder management, you will advise and work closely with various internal stakeholders to implement the successful introduction of job architecture with skills management
  • With your analytics expertise, you will develop and implement a forward-looking set of reports & analyses relating to skills management in order to continuously develop it further for maximum business value-add

Your Profile

  • Completed studies with a focus on human resources, business administration, social sciences or similar
  • First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of modern HR & AI technologies and their successful application
  • Strong personality with an entrepreneurial and service-oriented mindset who knows how to navigate through ambiguity in a dynamic organizational environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas
  • Analytical skills to produce meaningful reports and analysis as part of global governance
